At ChaseIt Apparel & ChaseIt Racing, our goal is to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with their order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

All tags must still be attached

Item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, email confirmation) is required

Exchanges
If you need a different size or want to swap for a different variant, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the return requirements above.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the size or product is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.Please note:

If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we will cover return shipping

If item is returned used, damaged, or missing tags, we may offer partial refund or store credit

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved for:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and pictures of the issue
We will fix it immediately.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once the order has begun processing or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
